Have any of the Baron 30S flyers out there found suitable replacement parts from other in prod. helos? Unfortunately I have not been fast enough at scarfing up available parts to keep this favorite bird supplied. Especially interested in swash, mixing arms and links from mixing arms to swash. Other info appreciated.

Check out kingrc.com

When I was flying an Enforcer last year, I found that they had a pretty decent stock of spares for the Kalt helis. If they had Enforcer parts, they might have BaronS parts as well.

Hope this helps,

Thanks guys, I went to the Kingrc site and did not find many Baron parts. I will get back with you Whirlydocr. I think I have the parts to fly yet once again but what happens on the next brain freeze. That is why I am asking has anyone found compatible replacements from other helos?
Thanks

I love the Robbes and you know it.
That little Baron is a sweet little flyer and would like to keep it alive. Thanks for all your help and you might want to warm up that lathe and milling machine.....

I have 2 I will sell for $300.00 shiped. They both have motors. 1 I have been flying but took the radio out and have not had time to put it back in. The other one is missing a fan and clutch.

There's lots of used Kalt helis around. You have to keep an "I" open. The LHS just sold a Baron 30 kit for less than $190 three weeks ago. You could try Modelland.com (Canadian); Garett has some parts. I've been trying to buy up most Kalt Enforcer parts and kits here and offshore. Not much left :=(

Talked to Modelland in the UK today. They are out of spindles and the 34041 mixing arms as well. Appears things are getting scarce and we may be retiring the helos soon for newer models in the 30 catagory.

They are apparently gone(HPI, a car company, owns what is remaining).Kalt was a Japanese company, the owner started by buying one of the first Schulter Cobras and copied it in a 40 size. Airtronics bought it when he died and then got out of it.

Is Kalt dead or is the US distributor no longer importing. It was to my understanding that these machines were originally manufactured in Germany (?). Can parts be purchased directly from the manufacturer?

Kalt was bought by HPI, they in turn moved it to Ricky's RC Car in CA. They mostly used remaining inventory and filled some orders. Lately they are not filling them (anyone have any luck). They really did not understand the line. Evidently when HPI bought the line they did not get the molds for the parts (I still don't understand this but this is what the guys at Heliproz told me). Therefore there was no way to produce parts. The mixer to swash link seems to be the hardest to come by 34041. We who fly them are now reduced to buying parts from existing helos. Too bad for this is a great 30 sized helo.
