I have returned to the Hornet ii after a long time of none use due to my poor flying skills and would like to try again.
I have stuff i never got around to using but would like advice.
I have a new hacker b20-15l and some tp 1320`s and 3 futaba mini servos and protech mini gyro.will i be able to use a cc 10 which i have.

A 58g motor is a bit heavy, the B20-15L 3704 rpm/v will be fine on 180T/13T, yeilding 2800 rpm droping to 2500 rpm across a pack. The very old cc10 ESC's used to suffer with BEC issues and motor cut outs. It will fly the model, not sure about reliability.

12T seemed economic but a bit too soft for good 3D when looking at the calculated numbers.

The H2 is quite and old design now, so if you run into say tail setup trobles it might be just worth picking up a new X-3D kit with extra features as standard.

Silly question,how can i tell a old cc 10 from a newer one.This one is in a fancy packet with a printed color incert.

Not sure, mine is so old it is longer and thinner and doesn't look like this one:
