Went to feild today got 5 flights on trex 600 with dx7 no ploblems went to go up for 6 flight powered up normally all controls worked set heli down and started spooling up at about half throttle radio stopped working no control at all had to let machine run until battery completely died battery is now garbage. Found scew for throttle tension adjustment fell out and was laying on the circuit board.This radio is brand new so watch for this.

Did your rebind the receiver after your setup the throttle with the throttle in the off position? If so, you could have turned the tx off and let the rx go into failsafe which would have shut down the ESC. Just a thought.

I did rebind the system after setting up the throttle did not even think about shutting off the tx.Also I put the screw back in and everthing works on the bench just do not now if I can trust it now in the air.

If the Tx works I would run it on the bench for about an hour and observe it. Recharge and go fly. I owned an RC service repair facility for many years and that was our standard procedure.
