Hi can anyone tell me if the Gaui Hurricane 550 is suitable for a beginner in the hobby, ive just started and know very little about the heli but it looks a reasonable piece of kit for the price any advice would be much appreciated.

It looks like a nice heli, would be an ok model for a newbie as of its simple set up and design, just make sure its easy to get parts

Yes i have a fms sim that came with my century mini pred and i have been learning so far with this and a lama with the contra rotating blades, but i know i have a long way to go yet.
Thinking of having some lessons when the hurricane arrives it comes with a futaba ff6 and i'm hoping i can use a buddy lead with it whereas i can't with the tx that came with the mini pred.
