dont start with Mike and RR

Its a hobby, and part of the hobby is talking trash, to a degree. Unfortunately pros cant talk as much trash because then all the trolls here go "did you hear what he said"....he said his mind, is that a crime?
If youre a nobody, like the rest of us, its ok to talk your mind if you arent getting paid for whats coming out out of it. ****, I work out my turrets episodes here regularly numnuts.

Then trolls start calling others trolls....personally I think you all blow chunks we all have our troll moments you self righteous backpatter types, and the first step is to admit you have an ego like 10 out of 10 other human beings.

The worst kind of "troll" in my esteemed-ass opinion is the quoter. He is an innate politician/ word-rapist who can't talk smack unless he sees easy prey whose words he regurgitates like bad spaghetti. he quotes from the annals of Runryder with a smugness of authority. Lest he forget that this a place open to all opinions, truths and untruths, we must unite to skullf**k him every time he strikes. he is a pinko commy bastard and needs to get a reminder he's no better than anyone else.

Muscle pipe color
Hello guys,

This is Curtis Y. This is my first post into runryder. I saw the comment about the gold muscle pipe and I thought I would add a comment. The pipe did turn gold because of a clear coat added to the muscle pipe by the manufacturer. And yes, I agree, clear coat being added to a pipe sounds nuts. That was the same thought I had when I found out they had done that. This is the fun new adventure I have found myself in now that I am producing my own products. I honestly never even imagined them painting a pipe so I did not check for it. Only about 30 or so of these pipes got sent out in the US before we caught it. And it can be cleaned off using water and an SOS pad. The SOS pad will leave a nice shinny finish.

Or you can send it back for a replacement where you bought it. I have even had a couple of people send me the pipes, I cleaned them up and sent them back. It takes a little bit of elbow grease and about 15 minutes.

I hope this clears it up.

Best Regards, Curtis

Me or not??
Hey Guys,

Curtis again....

It is me, and yes I had just heard of runryder recently. In the past (several years ago) I had heard of people pretending to be me and saying some pretty rude stuff online. My solution was to say "if you see my name in a group discussion or chat online, you can be sure it isn't me". Well, I guess that is not really true at this point.

I am not sure how often I will be checking out the site, but there certainly are some fun and interesting topics going on. And I had to chime in at least a little.

As for those that have a question of whether or not this is me, just give me a call (number is on my website). I am pretty sure the guy who answers the phone will say it was me.

See you out flying, Curtis

That's RIGHT I am really CURTIS the other guy is a cheap imitation. I love flying my vigor. I thought about going to ma again. Tim sure made a great offer. But I do have reservations flying for a company that allows reps to fly other helis. I will know after this weekend if that problem will be taken care of. I don't like to see big shake ups in the hobby but well lets face it rep quality has hit the fan and certain people here who failed to read there contract and seems to love flying a cheap plastic more than the one they are contracted. Now normally I wouldn't care except the guy in question has decided to rip on a good friend of mine just for pointing out the clause in the contract. Have to wonder if people on these forums can read. Oh well Back to wrenching on my vigor. That reminds me I need to replace some parts with ply and non waxed dental floss again.

I hope this helps,

We can all thank assholes like SoCalDoug for Curtis not wanting to post here anymore.

heh heh

If Pros want to come here they will. It is retarded to go around calling one another names, and telling others to clean up their act if it is not in an agreeably humorous way. The pros are "big boys" and arent too big to call for our assistance if they want to drop in here.

In the meanwhile I'm glad others provide unsolicited advice for what should be done about all the misgivings of the greatest damn helicopter forum ever made. I for one look for the good things in life and think that if a pro does not want to drop in that should be his problem only and not the problem of the myriad of members to this forum.

What we perceive as an insult between a member and the occasional pro is between the member and the pro. Sitting around and discussing it is a lost cause. Asking them how we can improve RR is a lost cause, someone would just quote them and continue the hearsay legacy.

I have never met a worldclass pilot, spoken with one, or harbored any jealousy for what they can do with a helicopter. I think its great that someone can make a living in doing something they love and share their enthusiasm each time they fly. Watching them fly brings a smile to my face.....but hearing all this "he said/ she said" business and the self righteousness of people whose **** dont stink annoys me. thats how I feel.

I'll be the jesus here and atone for the sins of all those who scared the pros away. But I strongly think they can make their own decisions as well as ordinary folks like you and me. I mean after a whole day of flying, would you want to come home and jabber more about it...no you would want to get something to eat and remember there is more to life than what you do to live.

Ive got a solution for Mark

If you want these guys as poster here (and it would be a windfall for you Mark Im sure) is send Curtis, Jason and others an invite including moderator status in a single forum only namely "Pro's corner"

That gives them the position to dump anything they decide doesnt belong in the Pro's corner.

And establishes right off the mark that they are #1 and poster to Pro's corner are #2 in the order of the jungle and better behave or get flushed by Curtis or Jason themselves.

It will also stop any trolls from acusing them of being other than who they are.

Cheers
Dave

get your usernames straight... siko3d and socaldoug are NOT one in the same... both are on heli chat regularly, and most of us know both of them. i believe the moderator of this forum can verify this for you.

i'm sorry you got banned from the chat room, i'm not exactly sure what the deal was and i dont care. the past is dead and gone; but its very unfair that you make accusations that are untrue and unwarranted.

also keep in mind that many of the "big boys" referenced in this thread regularly "hang out" in helichat as it has been around for many many years. it is not affiliated with any web site, forum, company, organization, or individual and therefore is truely open and unbiased. bad blood is never long-lived there... have thick skin and join the party... you have posted many times about how evil chat is, but i dont see our members and guests asking "where are the big boys"...

i suggest if you wish to bag on either siko, scd, or any other person, use the proper arguments, in the proper context, and dont mix up alleged statements. many users of this forum know these people and you may be embarrasing yourself. its a very small world.

thank you for your time !

i get accused of being a troll
but not having filled out profile info, which, as in my case, can be easily faked, is not a big deal

I am sure Curtis and Todd and others who are true pros and Helicopters is their full-time job, need a break from time to time.
I would think in their time away from their job they don't want to write in these fourms. Thats my guess
