| First try and I had a terrible-total-destruction crash on the maiden flight, battery came loose and hit the blades.
So, now the bird is rebuilt, did some mods to shave of weight and I changed the motor.
Ive cut away some plastic, removed as much as I could without destroying stability. AUW: 5350 grams (11.8 lb) (gonna save another 100 when I get a FRP canopy)
Here is some pictures and a eagletree recording of a short test-flight. Setup is used with 12s1p 3700's

With my mods the batteries fits nicely inside the frame.

About 2/3 of a mikado alu motor mount with some spacers on the side, fits nicely inbetween the frame. Best part, is that my new Neu 1915/1.5Y having a very long shaft, so I didnt need to extend the shaft, just changed the upper bearing to a 6x19x5 (from boca) and used a Mikado 10T pinion.
Powerjazz upside down inside frame, protected and away from the batteries.
another view of the motor mount.
So, first test-flight with some collective punchouts. How long the lipo will survive, thats anyones guess This is with 95T main and 10T pinion.
