Questionable EBAY auction. For some reason I thought I saw a post on this site about someone purchasing and not receiving/ or selling and no payment on a P80. I may have a half empty glass here, but right now there is a new ebay account trying to sell a P80. I sent SEVERAL emails over the course of 4 days requesting a serial #. The one and only response I got was needing an addess to ship and a "deal" for $1900 to close the auction early.....yet NO SN!!! I was VERY VERY SPECIFIC about the requested info...Smell of FISH?

Could be wrong but felt obligated to post.. hopefully protect someone if this is a scam. My apologies to the seller for any incorrect speculation.

Yeah, I have left 3 more messages for the serial #, stating I would not bid until I get it etc...even offered the $1900 if it was legit and checked out.
I checked with the local hobby shops in the Chippewa Falls area (where they are supposedly from) and nobody knows them or of anyone selling a turbine (very rare thing up there). They said it is a fairly small and tight model community so the owner of the shop IMO would most likely know something...(MINE DID). Hope, for someone elses sake, nobody gets skrewd..

I have noticed when you pay for something in ebay everything is cool. But after you get a product and respond about a question about it, all of a sudden you get no response and if you do it makes no sense. Could it be they forget there english
