hey guys, just wondering if you guys think my RX placement is OK.

I put some heat warp on the main RX's antennas to cover up the bear wires, it that ok?

Hi Derek,

Slip some more padding btwn those components man . Placement looks ok - I'd slide the main rx over a bit towards the header tank side to better expose it's antenna and of course range check.

Have a look here (www.teambob00.com - scroll down to the DX7 article) for some other examples of Rx placement.

See you at the field,
- Rob

Hey thanks for the tip Rob.

I'll get that TX moved over a some more.

As far as padding, the Lipo is stuck to the frame with 2 layers of double sided tape, then the govenor and the 611 is stuck on with 3 layers of the double sided tape, you think that's enough of should i put foam between the layers?

Nice write up on the DX7 by the way, almost makes me want to buy another one!
