| I'm looking for some troubleshooting assistance.
Background - Mini Titan with Thunder Tiger speed control, Spektrum 6100 receiver. It was bound and flown numerous times.
Problem - I plugged in the battery, the gyro blinked but speed control did not do it's chirping nor did the receiver light. I was puzzled by the fact the gyro kept blinking rather than the normal steady light. I tried the controls and nothing functioned. I thought about this for a while and checked that I was as low throttle, proper model memory, normal mode, throttle hold off. Nothing.
Next I tried to rebind since it acted like a receiver that was not bound to the model. Everything was fine after that.
Question - Why did this happen? I'm thinking about two things, one that I changed something on the transmitter that made the receiver think this was a different model. Two, that the receiver lost its BIND somehow. I appreciate any and all thoughts on what I may have done wrong or what might be amiss with my system. |
