Funny thing happened yesterday. Had an opportunity to fly my second battery when I got home before dinnerafter flying the first at work. Turned on the radio and proceeded to fly in the front yard but after a few minutes decided it was too cold and windy so I landed. I looked down at the radio and the display was off but the radio switch was on. I immediately disconnected the heli fight battery, turned off the radio and back on. the displayed appeared and the battery voltage was 10.2 volts. Does the display shut down to conserve battery?

I dont think so. Maybe the cold had an effect on the LCD.

There have been a number of reports of blank screen in another forum. I had a screen come on upside down, as have a few other people. Turning the Tx. off and on again seems to be the fix, and in my case has never happened again.

This has happened to a friend's 9C a couple of times. I don't know what the reason could be. Radio was working fine though.
