| Mylo...you have to be careful with Graupner mechs. It's a whole different world and you can't use a standard OS engine if it's not for Heim Graupner. Skypilot is right...gearing and engine is the factor. The Uni-2000 can only support the OS 91 and with it's four gearing options, it does not support using Starlet 50 mechs, furthermore, even if you had UNI-2000 mechs, it wouldn't work because it's not a HG (heim Graupner) OS 91 engine which has a standard shaft. Two reasons why it won't work for your Starlet 50. 1)OS makes special engines for Heim Graupner which have HG after OS 91 (ie, OS 91 FX-HG) and OS 61 (ie, OS .61 SX-HG) engines. OS HG uses long shafts for Heim Graupner engines. The reason why I know was because I wanted to get a OS 61 LX-H for my UNI-EXPERT mechs. I won't work, because of the shaft and it's dimensions. So, good luck. So, you may need to find anothe project for your 91.
How high do they go? Are those things hard too fly? How much do they cost? |
