Aside from the Duratrax brand stuff, does anyone know anywhere elese who makes hardware small enough for rc helis? I checked McMasterCarr and a couple other sites, but no luck.

They should have any Ti hardware you need. There is a huge real world advantage and that is weight. You can go almost as lite as aluminum hardware without sacrificing the strength.
