Pyrock Key Veteran Location: SF Bay Area
| I learned on a Voyager E and dont regret it. It was rock solid and very stable for learning. The only problem is that I didn't have parts readily available unless I went online so I've since gotten a Trex 450SE and more recently, a Logo 10 3D. Another problem with the VE is that you cant really grow with it. If/when you progress to aerobatics or 3D, the Voyager E wont cut it. It's an aging platform which is why you see them for sale. If you can get one cheap, I would recommend it. If not, then go with a Trex600 which is larger but also easier. IMO, the Trex450 was only slightly more squirly than the Voyager due to its size but I grew with the Trex450SE and still fly it regularly.
