Looks great! Is this machine very quiet I wonder with that vibration-isolating engine mount?

The combination of the isolated engine and the revised tail pulley layout (removing the secondary gear and pinion) has certainly made the mechanics quieter and smoother, but you're still left with an OS Hyper screaming away so it will never be 'very quiet'

vibration-isolating engine mount...

Only thing is, the way they've done it, won't this allow the pinion to flex away from the main gear under torque?

I have seen this heli and the motor moves less in it than it does in a plastic framed heli like a raptor, Evo, Freya, knight, gobee, tiger, and so on. Time will tell but I think the odds of it moving away from the pinon enough to make a diffence is pretty small. I think the soft motor mounts on this heli will obsorb engines vibes the way a plastic framed heli does, and the stiff frames on this heli will give you the solid and percise feel that a rigid frame heli gives you...

Thats my take on it anyway...

I think that it will only take 610's and 95's on the tail. That is how this machine is set up and works great.

Anyone know how thick the G10 frame is and how much it will cost to replace in a crash?

Will the first batch in the U.S. include the Funtech muffler? The price I saw floating around was $450 w/ Funtech 3D muffler for the first batch in Asia. Personally I would rather have the kit for closer to $400 without the muffler.

I am not sure of the thickness. I will try to go and measure it in the next day or so. All of the Knight's have been extremely competitve on parts price I am sure the frames will be in line with all of the other prices.

As far as I know the price is $450 and it does not come with the Funtech muffler.

I´m shure this will be an amazing helicopter, but...!!! the only thing I don´t like about this toys, it´s the fact that there´s only one distributor. Compass should try to find new distributors around USA, the planet, and specially in Venezuela...

Girls and RC Helicopters are dangerous...!!! but we need them...!!!
