| I haven't ever had the ones that fit inside the bearings to come loose myself - It'd probably be best to replace 'em at that point and just be careful putting the new ones on to not stretch 'em too much doing so -
But you might try green penetrating threadlock on the ones that are slipping - Just touch a little to the output shaft near the gear then use a needle to move it to the gear and it should seep in between the gear and shaft when it touches - Just don't touch the stuff to the bearing or it's toast - Then let it cure overnight.
I carefully adhere the output shaft to the bearing on the other side with the stuff to keep the shaft from walking - The gear doesn't slip on me but the shaft can walk around which caused a crash once when it ran out of pitch slider travel. |
