I just completed the build up of the plastic version. I did drill another hole in the mixing arms 3mm in towards the mainshaft to get some additional action. Now with swash mix collective at 70% I get the following collective values after much fiddling:

+6.5
+.25
-6.5
-13
I will fine tune this after break-in with the pitch curve.
I have the ail and ele swash mix set at 60% and I can get 7* cyclic and LOTS of paddle deflection. Binding is very very minimal even in the corners.
So, how do these numbers sound to those of you who have already set-up and flown their plastic version?
It's too cold to spray the clear on the canopy here now so I'll have to add some temporary balance, but I hope to start on the break-in and fine tuning this weekend.
