Can someone tell me if I glue E006-Undercarriage legs to the two slots located one each in the rear and front of the mainframe?

Glue

Yes they are CA'd in. You have to be carefull not to push the aft legs in too far when glueing or you won't be able to get the tail boom past the legs if they protrude through the tail cavity.
