Gohbee Aviation Stinger 30-90 > Tail speed up gear??

I read that if you want to run a GY401 you really should run a tail speed up gear.. What is this?? Or part number.. I have a CSM in my Gohbee now but will be replacing it with a 401 or 501 here directly. Many thanks guys.

The Gohbee is a 30 as of now, gonna either drop a 37 in it or convert to a 50. After flying the 37, I dont want to run 32's any more.

you can run the 401 with out the tail speed up gear, the tail speed up gear makes the tail blades spin faster for more tail control..

Yes I understand the logic, but I have been all over Gohbees site and I must be missing it cause I cant find it. If you know part number that would be grand if you can pass it to me. If not no worries I can just toss Dave a email. Either way many thanks..

The Gohbee speed up gear work great.
However, you will not notice a difference in the tail till you start doing demanding tail control maneuvers, like fast backwards flight, long tail slides funnels piroetting forward flight and other such maneuvers.
In normal aerobatic type maneuvers the tail really isn't working very hard.
