I had this problem as wellIt is quiet strange but the solution is uninstall firefox login with the IE to this site also to other site that you want to use and then Install it again My guess is that somehow the firefox remember or use the cookies of IE

reinstalling didn't work either, however following the help-faq at the top of the page did, had to clear the cache and cookies out.
That very same thing happened to me a hvile ago with IE and i had to use firefox to log in. may be just as god because now i use firefox regulary it took over 3-4 weeks before IE would let me log on. nothing and i mean NOTHING worked to fix it. it actually happened(i think) because i changed my password on another computer while i still was logged in on this one. hate IE
