I'd like to help the victims who can't track down this despicable worm. He changed the name of his business to Sistems which is an acronym for Sayatron Integrated Systems. FYI - Goleta is a suburb of Santa Barbara - right next door. Lompoc is about 40 miles up the coast. "Weasel" is an appropriate title for this guy. However, there are a few non-PC titles that are more fitting..."Lying Little Chickensh*t" is just one that comes to mind. I've had personal dealings with this a**monkey. My sincerest apologies for the foul language, but I suspect that all those concerned will understand.

You must proceed with your own individual police reports and then forward each of those on to the appropriate authorities now! I don't know how to be any more clear about this. If you do not file a legal claim against him with your own law enforcement agency, then they assume that zero crime has been committed.

Each of you personally involved should have an email from me now. If you do not, please PM me and I will make sure you have all of the appropriate info for the next step.

Hobbyguy4 is absolutely right. If everyone contacts the SB Sheriff, SB Police, District Attorney, etc., they WILL do something. Otherwise, they'll simply assume the problem is with a couple disgruntled consumers. Do any of you wish to be trivialized in this manner?! Rhandal has been visited by the authorities in the past and was able to talk his way out of it. He's very slimey. He was able to convince them that he has many satisfied customers with only a couple problems here and there. The real truth is, he doesn't have one satisfied customer. There's no way he can talk his way out of dozens of complaints. Here's a couple more links I forgot to include. Oh, by the way, if he snail-mailed any of you, that's mail fraud and he can definitely be prosecuted by the Federal Gov't. Let's put the fear of God into this guy! I suggest filing with the Santa Barbara authorities and your own local authorities.

 Just a simple history reference. For those of you in other countries or just too young to remember, Mark is of course the name of the original DT from 1972 and DID work for the FBI. If anyone wants, just Google his name.

With everyone that stated they had been taken, I can't even fathom why only a couple have filed these police reports. But maybe some of those directly involved will at least send some interesting emails over the next few days, and share their stories with others that may take an instant interest.

Hello All,
This is exactly what I reiterated on this board over a month ago. I don't get it! I emailed detective Sanders a couple of days ago to find out the status of this case. He indicated that nobody besides myself has made any police reports and most likely this will be considered a civil case. Also, about 3 weeks ago I phoned the Ventura FBI depatment to file a report hopeing that others have done the same, the agent did not recall anyone reporting this company. COME ON PEOPLE, you need to file with these agencies if you expect anything to happen. If we can prove that the dollar amount excedes $700,000 (it seems that we are close), I beleive the FBI will move on this case. All the resources you need are availible on the web and most reports can be filed via the proper web sites. There is no excuse for those outside the US not to be able to file with the authorites. I appeal to all involved to please help. I intend to keep hope for only a short time longer that the authorities will help and others will file before I file a civil suit on my own and worry solely about myself and my loss.

I'm really disappointed that there are only a few who want to do something about this. Rhandal The scandal

HI everyone,
I am in california and have been to Rhandalls shop many times to check on our unit that we had paid for. He finished it and then sold it to the venuzuelan govrnment. He is there now but coming back soon.
After getting to know him better than I ever wanted to, here is my take on him.
He is a bad business man and does not know how to tell the truth. What he is doing is the perfect crime. He states that he is working on getting everyone taken care of but he lies eveytime he opens his mouth. I have him on video tape lying about many things and I have him on video tape admitting he owes all you folks money or products. I have reported him to the FBI and to all local athourities that were listed by Deep throat. Oh and by the way Deep throat, regarding the reference to Mark Felt, he was 2cnd in charge at the FBI and the one who leaked the watergate scandal.
Anyway Rhandall will get away with doing this until we all put a stop to him. I am suing him amd like I said I have reported him to every one I could. If we all band together we can take him down.
I am thinking that this might make a great story for Dateline or some other investigative reporter.
Maybe if everyone looked up dateline or CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN etc and wrote them an e-mail telling about our dealings with Scandall we could get alot of attention on this. Lets try everything to put him away.

I was similarly scammed (by a much smaller, but equally sleazy operator) a year or so ago. With the help of local law enforcement, and some helpful RunRyder troops... I managed to get the helicopter that I paid for.

I'm with you guys in spirit (fortunately, reading about Rhandal here on RunRyder kept me from spending any money with him.

Keep after him, and it will pay off for you!
