Visit to Santa Barbara

Hello All,
It seems that finding a working company may be more difficult than I anticipated and would be better left to the authorities. I flew out to CA last month, just before Christmas, to check into my order and the legitimacy of the company. I had three different addresses to check out regarding the location of the company. All three locations were close to one another so it was easy to cover in one day. It seems that the company has disappeared from it main address listed on the web site and all other locations. I did find a working machine shop at one location with a very helpful proprietor. He was extremely accomadating in helping me find Rhandal and printed out possible contact info for me. He also was kind enough to provided me with a tour of his facility; maybe the highlight of my trip. In addition, he indicated that this has happened several times before, that is, people and authorities looking for the company at his location. If anyone here were planning to take the trek to Santa Barbara I would not waste the time and money. I feel your dollars would be better spent on legal avenues. I will continue to post any pertinent findings that may be helpful to others as my saga continues. This was just the beginning for me and I will definitely pursue this matter as far as possible.

Hello All, Thanks for your effort to give Remotei a visit Amazrice.
This is the first time that i know of that their is no company located at that address.

My partner in the US, Newport Beach send him next email,

Dear Mr. Sayat,

We contact you on behalf of Mr. R. Ribbens who ordered and paid you in 2003.

He visited us this month and we have agreed to solve this problem ASAP.

Could you please contact me on 310 600 3168 to come to a mutual satisfying solution. We will wait for 5 working days before we take other steps.

Untill now no reaction, i think we are going to close the net. He wont get away with this.

He even invited me to his facilities,

Next time you are in the area, do advice me and I will make arrangements to
meet with you and take you on a tour of our facility.

Address

In the UK there is The Companies House that manages businesses and you can check the registered address of any business even online. This by law has to be a valid address and also the address that the companies house sends important correspondence.

I assume in US there will be a similar organisation where you may be able to get a new lead about remote-i’s whereabouts. If they are a registered business at all.

i just ran Rhandal Sayat through a online patent search http://www.patentstorm.us but no patents came up in his name.

it was worth a try as they would also list his adress to which patent information is send. nothing here

Thanks for the input and advice. At this point i leave it to my partner to get in contact or find Rhandal.The last thing Rhandal told me that he was assignd by a government project involving UAV EO/IR.

Does anyone know what kind of project this is. Maybe we can find him there.

It seems like Rhandall has left the building, Its getting to hot for him now. I wont stop untill he is stopped. I know he is reading this forum so he knows whats going on.

Rhandall, their is no rock big enough for you to hide.

More and more people now know what kind of person you are and wont but anything from you. Thats what you get if you steel from the wrong people, lie i said i will take this all the way.

Lost of people are involved now, Tracking Rhandal down.
But what is even more important is that because of all of this a lot of people ar warned not to buy anything from Rhandal. And thats a good thing.

that's true Rene,
I for one am a living example of someone like that.
At the end of the day he is really stupid. If he had a good product he could have made a good profit from us, like this justice will catch up with him eventually.
I'm sure he is a sad person with no real friends and other physical deficiencies ( if you know what i mean ) if he has to resort to something like this.

Of course if he had a product at all none of this would probably happen. It appears he's just a guy advertising something he doesn't have, and taking people's money. So I wouldn't claim he's stupid for not running a better business. I'd just claim he's a criminal.

Bought the mount at Ebay long time ago, needed to modify it, didn't work.

In that time it was the reason to buy from Remotei because the mount was well CNC crafted. I get in contact with Rhandal, orderd, paid well the rest you know.

But - read this topic and have a look at airshares gallery. Some pics ot his mount - I have the samekind of mount with the long high skids etc.
