Look for local news paper or tv channel in the area where Remote-I operates and give them this story of how he is Mugging people from Abroad with a fake website promises, they can interview people who have been victims of such fraud

I think it will produce some results

Just came back from my trip to beautifull California, New Port Beach, wonderfull place. Also had a meeting with a attorney talked about the Remotei problem. He is going to pay Rhandal one ore more visits the next couple of weeks, i've got a strong case.

BTW great food at Sharkeez :-)

Just came back to a visit to beautiful California, New Port Beach. Didn't had the time to visit you. But i will be back in January.
Did talk to a attorney, he is going to handle my case regarding to your actions and promises.
He told me that i have a very strong case and we are going to step up the pressure as of now.
As off now i am getting closer and closer, their is not going to be a big ocean in between. I will be in the neighborhood as of january 2007 and i will pay you a visit to your office, your home or in what ever place i can track you down. You are going to deliver me the things i payed for, this is not a treat but a promise.
In the next couple of weeks you will get one of more visits, so be prepared.

No reaction what so ever from Rhandal, i think he crawled back under his rock....
I know i am not the only one he ripped of but i can't understand that he wants to live like this. Somebody should manage him because the products they put together look good.

Sounds crazy hearing that from me, he ripped me of for 10K.

I am still a believer.

i too have been in contact with Rhandal a few years ago. we even phoned a few times. i backed down because of his delivery times and high up front payment without any form of security for me the customer. plus he also only boils with water and there was no reason to purchase what i needed from him at that time.

from the looks of the remote i site now i belive they are just another company living of the government funded projects. it seems that in the us since 9.11 the home security is using the "spray and pray" method of handing out government funds to UAV developing companies. there are at least 6 that i have found so far that dont really sell product on the market but seem to live very well suckleing on mother governments breast.

maybe that could be a way of causing some uncomfortable situations for Rhandal. i am sure that when receiving money from the government they want to give it to respectet and honest companies and not to someone that has a bad track record.

just my thoughts.

Thats a Remotei mount, the only part i received of a total order of 10K
The mount didn't work afther i received it, one broken servo, broken gear. So problems started at a early stage.

To give all our listeners a update, their is absolutly no reaction from Rhandal, he must think he is save.

I've found a couple of other forums and comanys who he is trying to do buisiness with. I will try to contact them and tell them to be very carrefull handling with this thief.

My authorney is building a case so thye sage has not come to an end jet.

He must be stopped stealing privates peoples money. As long as he steals from the governement, thats up to hem if he's willing to take the risk but stay away from hard working individuals.

I too am in the same predicament as you in regards to Remotei and Rhandal Sayat. Unfortunately, the amount of money that I wired him was substantial more than you. I placed my order in mid June with a contract delivery date of Sept. 2006. I have received nothing to date except empty promises from Rhandal. I have waited long enough! Fortunately, I live in Arizona and can make an easy visit to his facility. In fact I will be flying out there this week to demand a refund. I have also retained an attorney if he refuses to hand over the refund and will file a civil suit against the company.
In addition, I have contacted detective Andrew Hill (AHILL@sbpd.com) of the Santa Barbara police department that has had previous experience with the company. Andrew did indicate that it is a legitimate company as of 2 years ago and several complaints received have been settled via refund or civil court. I would suggest contacting the detective yourself.
Also, it would be prudent to file a complaint with the FTC,DA, and FBI fraud unit. The more complaints they receive about Remotei the better. Tim Johnston (http://www.hutchwest.com/Remote-I.htm) may also be able to help.
I personally will persue this matter as far as possible. I have also been in contact with others in the same situation. We should all band together legally with common representation to put an end to this matter. This should not be allowed to continue.
I will post the outcome of my visit next week and may be able to shed more light on the subject.

Fair enough! The development of the VertiCam26 has slowed down quiet a bit this
last couple months because of another government project involving UAV EO/IR we
were assigned. The beginning of the year is open for us and is expected to
focus on completing the VertiCam26 system. I will have a more detailed picture
on its development process then with delivery schedule. We have about a half a
dozen or so customers waiting on this unit thus it needs to me done.

Next time you are in the area, do advice me and I will make arrangements to
meet with you and take you on a tour of our facility.

Keep in mind Rhandal has legal protection and the law on his side in this country if you take any action outside of proper legal avenues. Then who would benefit from the collective knowledge created and made apparent through all recognized deceptive measures. Yes, it probably would make you feel better for a short period of time, but at what cost. Will he have legal recourse toward you because you are on a public forum stating what your emotions are directing you to do?

Once again is there a tally sheet where every alleged victim has the opportunity to state his or her case and bring the unfortunate group together? Have you pulled together with simple names, numbers, order dates, payment dates, manifests, promised delivery schedules, documented communications, current courses of action, requested settlements, and origin/region of order. Attack a problem with facts and avoid idle physical threats and you will be much more successful.

IS THERE A LAWYER IN THE HOUSE? Because so many people would like to see some resolve to this scenario, is anyone in here qualified to recommend a legal course of action without turning an alleged victim into the eventual accused?

Its not about revence our violence, thats not my nature.
As long as rhandall doesn't deliver i keep worning potential new clients of Remotei.

At this time several people near to Santa Barbara are looking in to this case, maby they can help in solving this or put the pressure up.
Asl ong as nothing has changed for the better i keep on worning people.
And thats going to cost Rhandal clients and money, and above all credibility.
