the stock engine did'nt have any intructions .I had to mod the crank of the motor, is very simple all you have to do is to round of a square piece of the crank so the clutch can go in all the way.

the cooling fan in this heli is not very good I like the car engine because of the big head and Im using 30% car fuel. this engine runs a lot cooler than stock engine and it s got a lot of power

hello
i have orderd one too
i have a couple of questions
at first what is de headspeed ?
witch servo's are good

what do you think about hitec 50 , 55 , 56 ,65
and the ripoff towerpro 50 , 90
i orderd also a os .18
i like having power ,maybe for larger blades ,(385mm)

thanks

Hi, go for hitec 65.
The O.S. .18 have a lot of power,i dont test this motor yet but O.S .12 cvr i think is right for this heli.
The motor that came whit the kit is not bad, you need to run whit car fuel 15% or 20% nitro (castor/sinthetic blend) and 14% oil or more, set whit a rich needle on first flights.
I dont have tachometer to misure the head speed but maybe is close to 1950/2100 in idle-up. (for aerobatics i recomended the carbon blades)
I have good result whit Futaba 401 gyro and the same hitec 65 on the tail, but for very good perfomance install hitec hs-81mg servo.(you need the medium servo base that sold separately).
Good luck.
