| You'll want to go brushless with a Hacker B20-22S and a Pheonix 10 Speed control. I haven't read of anyone using harder damping o-rings. The Hornet forum does have Walt's intructions for lightening the paddles to achieve a crisper cyclic response. You will get alot of power/weight/duration performance using 3 lithium cells but they are very finicky about supplying the amps that a Hornet setup demands. Keep your headspeed between 2100 and 2300 RPMs for the best performance vs. efficiency setting.
Take care,
