Hello,
I have myself a Hornet CP and like it very much. I'm upgrading its power system but would like to know if there is any thing that I should upgrade for doing hard 3D, I guess I should say attempting hard 3D . The head dampening seems a bit soft with the o-rings that come with the kit.

Any tips please!

Cheers

PS go with Wlat's freewheel not MS's. Walts is much better. You know about the hornet board right?

You'll want to go brushless with a Hacker B20-22S and a Pheonix 10 Speed control. I haven't read of anyone using harder damping o-rings. The Hornet forum does have Walt's intructions for lightening the paddles to achieve a crisper cyclic response. You will get alot of power/weight/duration performance using 3 lithium cells but they are very finicky about supplying the amps that a Hornet setup demands. Keep your headspeed between 2100 and 2300 RPMs for the best performance vs. efficiency setting.

Take care,
Joe
