sence the day i filed the claim against him they put my account in limited use.. cant send receive or get my money out... but they said i could transfer money to it tho.... i asked them if i can't send money why put my money in the account... no comment.. so it has my credit card and bank info and e-mail all in it... can't creat another account without get a new bank number card number and e-mail change over....And thats to much to mess up my wifes and i direct depost and all other items...

i am no scammer! i was in a car accident, and your heli was destroyed! you know this, so why start all of this? my paypal account shows this money as being HELD. i cant use it, and it will not let me send you moeny. and sorry, i am not sending you a MO, when i have no idea is going on with the money paypal is holding. i think its you who is trying to scam me!

when i try to send you the money they have held, it says THAT YOU CANNOT RECIEVE MONEY BECAUSE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ON YOU ACCOUNT!


so until the paypal account is released, i am not send you anything.

For Sale: Raptor 50 V2 $325.00
I have a Raptor 50 SE for sale w/os 50 HYPER. the hyper engine has about 4 gallons through it. the heli has had a few hard landings but nothing major. in includes frame stiffener and quick UK head button. no main blades,servos, or gyro. just the heli and engine. i have gotten into flying 90 size heli's and need to get rid of some of my smaller machines. this will make someone a nice bird! pm me with questions. i will also include the original black paddles if wanted. thanks!

Ok, i guess i can understand all this (kind of?) Jameson should have called. i was in a car accident that has me pretty smashed up. this is why i havnt been responsive. the guy i sold the raptor 50 to, i have contacted about refund because the heli got smashed int he accident. THEN WHY DID YOU CARRY IT WITH YOU WHEN IT WAS SOLD AND PAID FOR AND PM ME THIS MESSAGE.... hey man, thanks! i will be out of town rest of the week. i will pack it up as soon as i get back and mail it to you. whats your mailing address?
jameson i have contacted to get his address to confirm it so i can send hime another MO. the post office confirmed that the first one hasnt been cashed. as far as the ebay auction goes, i was selling that heli on RR too. i was going to sell it to whoever wanted it first. when rchelis04 sent payment, i was going to cancel auction. because i was disabled, i didnt even get that done. so now i have to deal with ebay too. i am expecting the guys involved in this to step up, and make sure everyone knows that this is all a big misunderstanding. thanks, and sorry.

what really gets me, is during this whole thing, two peeps were involved: jamesonmalpezzi and you. i made it right with jameson because he cooperated and worked with me. be that as it may, the dispute was in paypal, but still we worked it out. it was a no brainer, he sent me something, and i payed him for it. just ask him. same deal with you. fix your paypal account so that it will let me refund and drop the incident. this is on no one but you. fix the account and its over.

on top of that, paypal says the reason you cant recieve money is because YOU are the one with fraud charges against you. So who does that leave being the scammer???

fix your paypal account, and get a refund from me.
its as simple as that.

Besides the fact that the inusrance company still has the car, my smashed laptop, and the heli, thats not the point. the point is, that he needs to fix his paypal so that i can refund his money.
