I have a 502, along with several 540s. Following an incident a couple of the fixed wires got pulled out of the control unit, which I was able to resolder, but was never completely happy with the job. I returned it to Ripmax, who confirmed that it was working fine, but I was still not convinced and wanted to buy a new control unit. Not available separately!! Any damage, you buy a whole new set up.
Damaged a 540, sent it back, new sensor (I think) and a case, all for less than 25gbp and in a week. Saves any decision making on gyros in the future  |
