I have the OS.91 with the blue head, whatever one that is, but the new one, anyways, the question is regarding the fan shroud... I have heard that it needs to be trimed.. The question is where, it is very tight fighting and that is probably good, I do hear rubbing though without bolding anything down or screwing anything in... Is it just the area around the blue head that needs to be trimmed not to tough the head and that will fix the rubbing of the fan within the shroud or does that need to be trimmed as well? Advise pleaes...The quicker the better, stuck at this point

As for the rubbing, I had to make a little cut on the front where the fan shroud mounts to get the fan to run smooth. Once you bolt it down you can push down different parts of the shroud to find where it is rubbing, mine was a little to high on the front hence why I had to make cuts to get the shroud lower. Takes a little time.

I also had to trim the shroud to clear the muffler header (sb-17), but I had nothing else to cut and I have the same motor you have.

jason suggested to trim it around the motor head, just enough so it doesnt touch the motor.
