I discovered that I was missing a bag late in the build Friday evening. In a panic I emailed Synergy support and Karen at Ricks. Synergy support replied right away stating that it would be taken care of right away.

Sunday morning I received a call from Karen saying that she is on top of it, I told her not to proceeed since I made contact with Synergy. Sunday evening I received a email from Synergy support containing a tracking # and that the package is already on a plane!

So where do you buy parts if you crash at IRCHA or in the next few weeks? I am very disapointed in the support and product release so far. Lots of big talk lead up to the release by many people. The machine may fly great, but if there is no support that is a huge problem.

Team Synergy is Tops!

I didn't install my paddles correctly and posted a comment about this on another thread. This morning I awoke to an email from Team Synergy saying that a set of paddles was packed and ready to ship ... all I had to do was give them my address.

Support like this can't last but I'm sure going to enjoy it while it is available. FWIW I have gotten used to keeping a spares kit for my X-Cells. The problem for me is that Canada Customs is good at inserting a 6 week delay into shipments while they process the paperwork.

hey waterskier, dont crash it yet! part are supposed to be coming out this month i think. If jr couldnt get parts for their Vibe out when the kit came out, you cant expect synergy to push parts out the door the same week as the kit comes out. i think they will be more readily available in the next few weeks.

Hopefully the parts show up today, the Fromeco battery and regulator should be here Friday and the Arizona canopy should be here Tuesday. So it looks like all day flying on Wed.!
