oh by the way heliproz isnt worthy!

I guess I'll scratch the synergy off my list of possible winter projects. Heliproz has been very good to us.

HP was far from my mind when I wrote that. They have helped me out quite a bit. In fact, there are items that I'll only buy at HP. why they weren't chosen to sell the N9 is beyond me. Maybe they(HP) didn't wan't to.

if the synergy is anything like jasons personality i dont think the heli will do well.it will just think its better than everyone and turn its nose up at you....now the avant theres a heli and agusto is one of the nicest men i have ever met with a heli that looks 1 million pounds and is only costing £50 more than a synergy and not a circlip in sight ill leave the maths to you.........just my 2bobs worth. oh and here in the uk just about every shop had about 16 n9s for sale at launch and you can still get one today if you want one........

Maybe he does have a great personality, and he just did not like me, but when in sales you cant afford to have a bad day or show feelings to a potential customer, i was going to buy the synergy but after trying to draw teeth from him i thought maybe he has loads of money and does not need mine, being in sales myself and having my own company i expect him to be all over me if he wants my money......maybe i just expect to much i dont know.......

All you haters and nay sayers should just call Heliproz and order your VelociRaptor package deal ASAP. It's readily available and everyone has parts. No list ,no waiting, see you later, thanks for sharing.

What good would more dealers do? Think about it.

I can see it now, VelociSynergy, with tons of usefull Maverikk "upgrades" and G4 carbon Pro blades.

I remember when the Shogun was all the rage, lots of dealers, everybody sold parts. Then this new little heli came along called a T-Rex. There weren't any dealers at first (not even Heliproz), you had to get it off ebay or from overseas. It took a little while.

Man did you ever take Macro or Micro Econ in College? That is the most ridiculous thing I heard of, from a marketing view.

You honestly you think Jason out there to help you out with the product. No, He is making a Business( $$$$$$$$$$$$), of something he knows. ( why not , I would do the same.) He is not going to be on top for the rest of his life. He is using his Name and Knowledge to start his Business; While its at its peak. His product is to satisfy, that group. A way to satisfy that group, is get it out the best way.

That is it........... is that enough thinking for you?

At the time of the T-Rex was well, all I can say. Everyone that own a micro heli before, had huge doubts. So why carry something that the mass's would not might not like. It took JK and Alan almost a 1 1/2 to fly. Soon as they did, it took off. 5 diff ver later you have the T-rex Se.

The company I work for has been in business for over 30 years. No one there has ever seen a product release go perfectly. Not even for a simple product, much less a complicated one from a newly formed company.

For a couple guys to have made this happen at all is quite an achivement IMO.

before jumping on the bandwagon that heliproz isn't worthy, i would check that they actually wanted the synergy line first.

i would be surprised if jk, tb turned a shop the size of HP down for business.

also a synergy v2 se, lol, i wouldn't laugh much at that, stranger things have happened and there will be an SE version at some time.

cheers

It cracks me up to think that people bitch about this sort of thing when they aren't even the one that had to wait a little longer for their helicopter. To think that there is anything that JK or TB could have done to get the customs guys to release their goods early is quite funny. But it's obviously their fault right? So you make plans to release something on a specific day using the best information you have available, how dare you let some little agency like customs get in the way of your perfect release. That cracks me up. So now you can't trust them? Get over it. Jason and Todd have worked their butt off and deserve some credit here. I would hate to see the amount of money they had to front to get this going. I don't know if I would have the balls when I have a wife and two kids to feed like JK. Talk about some moral courage. And all for our benefit to boot. And theirs mind you. Why not make a living doing what you love? Wouldn't we all like to do that?

For the guy that had the bad experience with JK. I cant begin to comment but I'm sure there was a reason other than you. It sucks you had a bad experience. He and Todd had the utmost pacience with everyone in the class I took and the MHA funfly. Very nice guys and tons of help. They told us all to email them if anyone needed help. I did a couple times and had a response quite soon after. To think that two guys designing their own helicopter took the time to help me out spoke volumes about their character and their motives of this hobby. It is still fun for them and they enjoy helping others out so they can find the same enjoyment from this hobby that they have found. If you can find the ability, give them another chance and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

As for HP. I am presently in Iraq and have a FPO, AP address. Their software wouldn't accept my address so Karen had to take my stuff down, fill out a customs form and mail it from the post office. Hats off to them. Now that being said...... There should never! EVER! be a VelociSynergy package!!!! No matter what you have to do to prevent it!!! Do it!!! If that happens, I'll get out of the hobby........ Ok maybe not. but damn if that happens. I don't know if I could buy one after that.

Usually good company's plain for this ( its called projection ).

Remember, I have never stated the machine is bad, or JK and TB are bad people. I think they messed up with the release that is it. I hope there company is successful. My be for some odd reason they might learn from this. I just think they could planed a little better with the release.

I do think part of the problem was the mass's wanted, and where slowly getting upset with the release date.

Im out

I second everything Shawgl says and more. As for the Synergy I don't think it will ever need any upgrades. They designed it that way. And both designers are super nice folks. I can't wait to get mine, they are going to get my support.

I don't see what the big deal is. Let this thing play out. The market will decide how successful the Synergy will be or for that matter any other product out there.

If HP or any other dealer wants to handle the model they will have to gauge their interest and temper it with how much money it is going to be worth to them and their customers as to whether or not they stock the helicopter or not.

Once the pipeline is full of kits and parts all this nonsense will just turn into old posts.

How do you plan for the random impound of your gear? I'm just wondering here? You go from what the rest of your stuff that you have imported has been through and plan from that right? Just checking. I think that them being honest and coming right out with the reason they were delayed is plenty of an explanation personally. Somethings you just can't predict and the government is one of those things. Hell, I am in the Marine Corps and we don't even get to scam past customs when entering the states with our aircraft, weapons, and gear.
