I've seen those going cheap. I would think you could grab one for $120 to $150 less the receiver. I'll have 3 649 PCM receivers going up for sale soon

That might be a problem. Sounds like a mechanical fix is needed, are the washout arms parallel at 0 degrees of pitch?

Thanks

trex

i did set it up that way..i followed the directions to the tee. But it looks like if i had to adjust it mechanically i would have to shrink the lenghts of push rods . i tried that but i would have to get smallar lenghts of rods.I thought i could set it using the radio.

RealFlight G3 vs. Reflex XTR

I find heli manuever on G3 faster than reality. Model helis on G3 has great Gyro - better than GY611.

Reflex XTR is much closer both on graphical environment and flight manuevers but Gyro sucks and you really have to fight hard to keep the tail on any backward flights.

My Computer system is Pentium Duo 3.0 Ghz with ATI Graphics card 256Meg with 1Gig RAM. Display Screen Resolution is 1900 x 1200 on 24" Dell LCD. If anyone wants to eliminate system drag and compare apples to apples.

I am getting back to NJ for Christmas break this Sunday. I know some of you and would like to find this field you all fly at. And are you guys still flying there for the winter? Is it cold enough for a radio-mitten and if so where do I buy one.

What I want soo much should never hurt this bad

Radio Mitt! Come on Mark, it'll be near 60 this weekend.

I'll be back in the area for the weekend of the 30th. I can show you the field then. If you want to get there sooner, one of these guys can get you directions to the field.

Will I be flying alone at the field tomorrow? Manny mentioned he would show up and Shawn might make a late appearance. Anyone else care to join me for my last day of flying for two weeks?

Shawn has my money as well as a way to haul the fuel back to the house for me (hopefully!).

He told me he would be there around 1:30.

We got some thing un-accounted for aside for $17.50 per gallon. Sales Tax at 6% - I'm looking at the receipt.

What do you mean? When did heli fuel become a luxury item? They need to re-classify it as a necessity. No tax on heli fuel!

If you guys vote for me for president I promise, federal regulation prohibiting sales tax on heli fuel!
