I just called up Ricks and spoke to Karen. She told me that they didn't get all of 60 kits they expected in and only some of them got shipped. She also said that she doesn't know when the other kits are going to be there but she did say that they were supposed to be delivered to them already. I hope they get them in soon and ship them out Monday or something. She didn't say how many kits came in but it wasn't alot. I'm # 40 something on the list so I probably won't see my Synergy for a little while

THEYRE not shipping tommorrow theyre close,think they should have more,karen said they only had 18 kits that went ou they will probably ship more out on monday and to call them at noon.

I talked to shipping today and they said they shipped out 15 kits and have no idea when the rest are coming in.I was number 20 on the list.

Rick's is expecting to get the balance this week. 15 arrived and went out.

I'm number 17 and 18 on the list. Hopefully the next batch arrives tomorrow.

I was disappointed to find out that we could only ship 15 kits on the 28th. I don't expect more kits until later this week or even the following week. I do not know why this happened. Hopefully there is a silver lining in this cloud somewhere. Kits will ship the day they arrive.

TAlking with Ricks

I have been in corespondence with ricks, they received 16 kits initally out of the 64 they were suppose to receive. The ETA on the kits are sometime probably this week, but no gurantees. Wonder if the short fall on the shipment was due to worldwide distribution issues or the 3d masters and getting everyone there kits? Big shortfall in an inital laynch, kinda bummed, that was the basis of there business was suppose to never be out of parts such as the MA short comings with waits on there parts. Time will tell how this all pans out. All I know is when you "Offically" could place orders on the synergy (pre-order) through the site, not the phone, I ordered it that day and am not really sure what # I am on the inital 64 kits. Have had my canopy from AZ HELI for two months now, about time for a heli for it...

If you dont succeed the first time, try and try again. With heli's keep on trying!
