broke a tooth off my stinger 50 main spur gear and had a rap 30 main and tail drive pully laying around, both the rap 30 main and tail pully gear have the same number of teeth 41 and 86.........but the pinion gear for the rap 30 has 9 teeth and the stinger gear has 10 teeth

will the rap 30 main and pully work with the 10 tooth pinion? or should I change to the 9 tooth? BTW with the rap gear in place itll turn but kind of hangs up now/then........ hope this insnt too cornfusing

Count again. I'm pretty sure the stinger 50 uses an 85 tooth main gear and 10 tooth pinion, just like the Raptor 50. If you're in a pinch you could put the 86 tooth in there but then I think you would need to put the 9 tooth pinion in to keep the mesh set right. You would than have 30 gearing and your 50 would sound like it was screaming.
