Building my avant; had a couple of questions. CX manual calls for the use of 2525-007(5mm ball w/stand) in several places. I can't find these on my donor evo 90. Can someone point out where i would find them?
I used 4 washers with 2525-006 for the "front lever on the ccpm shaft" to achieve 2mm but looking ahead it looks like i need these balls for the servo wheels too.
Also, regarding gear ratios. I thought I had a 8.45 ratio but according to the CX manual the clutch bearing block should be installed with the notch facing forward. However, with it in this orientation the pinion will not fit, do i have a 8.08 ratio? I need to count teeth when i get home.

I'm almost up to the engine installation phase.

right. the balls w/ stand (007) are only on the tailgrips, which
you need.

I just purchased an extra package of the 007 balls.

you could not have had 8.08 ratio on a stock Freya, it just wouldn't fit/work. Count the teeth, you either have 93 or 95

Just on a similar note. ......
The Hirobo 2525-007 ball on the 'front lever' help stands the forward 35mm eCCPM controll rod up vertically when viewed from the front. It does however have a tilt backwards to the swash of a few mm. Wouldn't a long swashball (like those on the inner swash) also help to stand the rod up vertical when viewed form the side?
May augusto can help here. I figure that there is a good reason for the geometry as it is.

Thanks, I ordered a package of the 007 balls.

I do have the 8.45 ratio, just needed to make everything loose to put it together.

Question regarding the fan shroud. I'm assuming that we are supposed to bolt the 2 halves together with some hardware before mounting it to the frames? Mine didn't come with any.
