| Flap, it is a one piece muffler with an extension piece(header) I don't know the proper term, that holds it away from the engine. I ground it at an angle so that it would sit with the front end closer to the engine and the rear end pushed away from the engine. I then ground the cheek on the fiberglass canopy a little so it does not touch. The canopy does get discolored from the heat, so I then put some heat reflective tape on the inside of the cheek.
