blade balancing

I bought Ray's AuthoritativeHelicopter Manual and I found it very helpful in many ways.Blade balance Is covered very well as well as setup.etc.You can take it to bed with you if you want unless of course you're newly married.definately grounds for divorce.

OK heres what I do.

Take a razor blade and glue it to the bench blade side up. (be very careful now) set each rotor blade on the razor and locate its CG. Pick the one with the most outwards CG and dont touch it. Take the other blade and add tracking tape to the blade tip until the CG matches the other blade. Now you have 2 blades with the same CG.

Find your favorite blade balancer. (mine it the Robart high point) and place the blades on it for balancing. (using a high point requires that you place the blades on the head and put hte head on the balancer) - one blade is probabally heaver than the other. Take the lighter blade and add tracking tape to the CG until the baldes both hang level on the balancer. Now your done.

You now have blades with:
1) the same CG
2) the same weight
