| Most of us have use some leftover ply from original kit and build an extension to the back landing gear bracket so that heli sits level. (You can even make an extension to both landing gear brackets to rise heli off the ground even more.) Model the new extension similar to the stock bracket with that little step so that you can nytie the VE gear on. Better yet, screw a small piece of wood between the eyelets of the VE gear and build a wooden extension from that. Then you can nytie that block to the stock landing gear bracket. Many ways to do this ... personal preferences abound. |
