Any ideas, I assume its because I'm probably running a higher head speed. It kicks back and forth in heading hold and rate..

However it also still kicks when the gov is off...didn't do this before. maby 6 inches to the left and right it always resenters but kicks....

Probably one of two things....

Either the engine is running too rich....which causes more of a surging wag, with noticable changes in engine speed.

Or you may have routed your sensor wire too close to the gyro leads. Happened to a buddy of mine, as soon as he routed the sensor wire to the opposite side problem solved.

Another thing it could be is a bad throttle servo. I've had that happen. Replaced the servo and everything was fine.
