| Thank Safe, you got it, its I80, right before the Torrence avenue exit, on the south side of the expressway, in front of the trucking companies building. This is the feild I was telling you about. N E ways, it wasn't a snap, both TR blades, grips and bearings sheared off the hub and hit the main rotor blades. I know for a fact that one of the TR blades hit the mains, just don't know about both of them.
Prior to landing I hit the throttle hold switch. But as you notice the throttle didn't drop as quickly as I wanted. I also wish that I would have had more negative pitch in throttle, could of softened the landing a bit more.
As far as damage, well my brand new set of MS 600's, both front frame legs cracked partially, main shaft, feathering shaft, flybar, paddles (going to try Hirobo paddles now), fins (going to try CF 3D set now), TR shaft, TR bearings, TR hub, TR grips (TR grips, hub and bearings will now be R60 style) and TR blades. The best part is watching the whole thing in slow motion. You can see that the tail boom never touched the ground. Just misses the ground about 3 times. It also looks like it flops around a lot more in slo mo
I'll be sure to check my comp tonight for that codec. If not just try a search on Google.com for MPEG-2.
