Mark-
On my work computer only, when I click on "View 50 New Posts" why does it automatically clear the new posts and return me to the home page w/o showing me the new posts? Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted? It just recently started to do this to me at work only, at home I have no probs.

Please copy and paste the "View New" url in a reply here. Also try "Start Here" and see what you get. Both are programmed to deliver similar results.

I think the answer is to use "Start Here". Your IT guy at work would have to help solve the "View New" problem. There is a redirect with "View New" that adds "Top=" and "Bot=" to the URL.

I also have the same problem. It only affects Netscape
and Mozilla browsers. It works normally with IE.
This just started a short time ago.

Most of my machines are Linux so using IE isnt an
option.

Does START HERE work? I need help trouble shooting this problem. You would need to tell me what the browser address says with the working and non working browsers.

Yes, Start here does work in all 3 browsers. View New
Posts only works in IE.

The URL that shows for view new posts is the same
in all 3 browsers. http://runryder.com/?view=new

In IE it works normally. It shows the new posts. In Netscape
and Mozilla it goes to the Runryder front page with all
new posts marked as read.

Please note that this behaviour started just a few days
ago. Ive always used Mozilla or Netscape with Runryder
without problems until now.
