| It is a bit of a bear. As I remember, i tuck the top under, and apply pressure at the bottom (not gentle either). I think the front will tuck in easier (might be the back though, don't remember for sure), and then work your way back slowly. Once you get the technique, its not quite so hard. One thing to watch is that you dont f up the pressure nipple (don't ask how I know!). It's worth the effort--you are going to love the machine!
