Got through two tanks. Same as the last... end of the second tank and I ditch it. This time I touched the tail fin which hit the tail blades which lost tail control. She dropped tail first from about four feet.
Not too bad.
Tailboom, tail pitch links, tail output shaft, cheapy main blades.
The KSJ mixing arms saved the day! Only the links broke. Grips survived. Spindle may even be strait.
My Venture swash is trash, she got real loose after the first flight.
Tried the governor for the first time. Worked perfectly. 1800 is sweet. Takes the shakes out of it.
I flew more relaxed and did some decent forward flight. The wind is what got me. I was low and she dipped on me.. that's when the tail touched.
This is really getting addicting. I love it! I actually see three tankfulls between crashes in the near future
