uhuh, I do love my R90's though
Seriously, the gohbee stinger 50Deluxe has some good features over the R50 imho.
- Just as heavy as a std. (plastic) R50 (lighter than a blinged R50)
- Just as cheap as a std. plastics R50
- No need for lighter paddles
- No pitching up or down when you want fast cyclics (V-paddles work VERY well on a R50, but the std. paddles on a gohbee give similar results)
- Nice quality fiberglass canopy
- no hassle with the links, they were adjusted PERFECTLY and the sheet with the measurements were accurate. Unlike the raptor manual which flaws bigtime in this department.
I have owned a R50 with XeroG frames & all upgrades money could buy.... with top notch electronics. I also fly different helicopters on a regular basis (helping people & teaching).
Anyway, I don't have 100s of flights on the gohbee so I don't know how it will last, the only upgrade I bought for it are the new dampers ("on edge") and it really doesn't need anymore.
It's a nice helicopter for the money, don't say it's junk before you tried it (not saying anyone did )
Cheers,
Richard
