I picked up my DX6 from the hobby shop today. You better believe I'll be doing some testing. I'll report everything I find here on RR.

So far, looking through the manual, this is a very limited capability radio. Very basic functions for helicopters with 3-pt curves, 3 flight modes (Normal, Idle Up, and T. Hold), one free mix, expo, and dual rates for aileron and elevator.

Questions to be answered: resolution, latency, eCCPM behaviour, range, transmitter battery life (stock 600 mAh battery pack), and latency from trainer port in to servo command.

Hey John.
Are you going to give it a test fly first, before you pull it apart?

Paul,
All tests are non-destructive and very easy to do with my little setup for such tests. No need to fly it first as that can easily be done afterwards.

To tell you the truth, I don't even have anything to fly it in. Maybe I can find a local buddy that does.
