A friend of mine that is just getting into heli's has a futaba "T6XH" and I am using a "T8UHFs" and I was wondering if the trainer cord would work ? My manual says it will work with "SKYSPORT,Super7,or 1024Z" . Is the 1024Z series the T6XH ?
Also, I have extra a "T6XHs" that says "PCM1024" in it . would it work with my "T8UHFs" or his "T6XH"

I am new to Futaba Xmitters (did a lot of training with JR radios), but we have used the 6x with our 9z with no problems. If you are an IRCHA member you would have seen this in your last newsletter.

Please note that when you use the 6x, the 8U will be the one that is actually controlling the helicopter (the 6x will be used for joysticks only). I am assuming that your 8u is equipped for assist mode.
