Is there a noticible difference between CF main blades and wooden blades? Is it worth buying a set of CF blades?

Big dif. Don't know your skill level but I would save the CFs until you can really fly that heli. We all crash but if you are doing it regularly I'd hold off!

Well I am at the point where I want to do some loops and rolls, but I seem to stall at the critical moment - I think I am losing headspeed. I can usually pull out if I have enough altitude. (flying HB2 - 1000/1100 mah lipo, 370 motor symm. wooden blades.)

So you can "usually pull out if you have enough altitude"? Ouch! I'd hate to see the damage when you don't I do enough damage just trying to hover.

I put CF blades on my Blade CP before I sold it, and it was like night and day. Control is crisper and the heli vibrates less. My woodies were warped, and the covering was peeling off, so I went CF. For $30, you can't beat 'em. Wait till you stop crashing though, they dent really easy. The only problem I had with them is that they're hard to see, they tend to dissapear while you're flying.

One of the other benefits that I noticed when putting on the CF blades, besides those mentioned above, was not having to adjust the tracking all the time. It seems like the woodys would change, or warp ever so slightly from day to day as the ambient temperature changed.
