I ended up taking the day off. I got my BCP yesterday and have been itching to try it. I took it over to my grandparents basement ( big and empty). I did alot of taxing around and a by the end of the 4th battery pack, I could do some sloppy hovering a foot or so off the ground. I had a few rough landings... nothing broke or bent, just scuffed the main blade tips a little. The most fun I have had with an RC in a while.

Congrats! It only gets better... When a perfectly stable hover gets easy, a simple 90deg rotation will challenge you all over again with the new orientation. Left side in, right side in, nose in (be careful ) and then there's the challenge of forward flight, figure eights, flips, rolls .. this hobby just keeps on challenging you and offers great satisfaction with each accomplishment.

When a future crash breaks parts, consider upgrading to a DD tail, and the Aerobatic Enhancement kit + a LiPo. That will get you the best flying two-brushed-motor micro heli available...

Most of all, have fun!
