I am having trouble getting my bird off the floor. When I bought my E-flite it had a bad servo that I replaced. I have adjusted the pitch, but I can't get it off the floor. Can any body tell me, if there is a R/C helicopter store in Southern Califronia that I can go to for help on getting it adjusted for flight since I am new R/C helicopter pilot.

there's a very common issue called the "sticky collective" problem. many blades ship from factory with this problem. do a search on the forums and you will find Boyd-Hoverup's post explaining in detail the fix. It comes down to simply reversing a spacer & washer next to the blade grips.

this caused the collective to act funny ... in general, the heli would sit on the ground way too long, then pop into the air at high speeds after a certain point.
