Pull like heck, make a coupole more grooves up the plastic piece is the only option.
Often, the shaft gets some burrs on the drive side of the hole too. A small file will be required to remove them. The bearing won't come off over the raised metal and the origibal shaft will be hard to get back down too.
The tail motor bushing problem can be solved with a really thin piece of aluminum placed between the motor end bell and the housing. It will be sandwiched in and keep the bearing from popping out as the armature slams the end bell during a crash. |
