e-E-Flite Blade CP CX 400-3D > Vertical fin on the Blade CP?

Hello

Just wondering if anyone thinks it is beneficial to employ a simple triagular vertical fin between the tail boom and the anti strik strut as seen on many other micro electrics out there.
My walkera had one but it didn't last long enough for me to try forward flight. I might transfer it onto the Blade for kicks.

Keeps the tail straighter in forward flight but probably makes the helicopter weathervane while hovering in any kind of crosswind. I do have one on my Blade and Honey bee cp2. Makes it look more scale.

I made a set of Vertical & Horizontal fins from scrap 3mm yellow depron foam. I shaped the edges of the Horizontal fin with sandpaper.

The whole set weighs 1.2 grams.

The vertical is attached with clear 3M tape, and the horizontal is attached with 3m strapping tape + 3 small dabs of hot glue. Both are firmly attached and handle FFF and wind no problem.

It is a lot easier to visually track the tail in flight with this setup compared to just the little stick....
