ok had ANOTHER hard landing and now when i lift off its like the tail isnt there is spins like crazy the tail rotor is spining but its like not working, i took it apart and it seemd as the gear on the motor and tail rotor drive gear were grinding, i took the drive gear off and the gear on the motor is loose and u can move it around. does this mean my tail motor is shot? anytihng else? if it is should i just get the aero upgrade set?

You can try and pop the gromet back into place and use some ca glue to hold it there. The acro kit comes with a main motor and still uses the same tail motor.
I covered this in your last post that you tagged. (about the tail motor)

Highlander,

Sounds like the front bushing decided to pop out on you. You can try to push it back in and it may work for awhile, but I forsee a new tail motor in your future.

tail motor probs

I added a really thin wahser under the gear.

VERY thin, BTW

needs a slot to get it in place due to the shaft/gear.

hope this solves my bearing-popping-out problems
